Bourbon Marinade Recipe – a good marinade for chicken, pork,
fish
Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoon bourbon
- 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Recipe Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and whisk until blended.
