Ground Cumin 1 Tablespoon
Dried Basil 2 ½ Teaspoons
Onion Powder 2 ½ Teaspoons
Cayenne Pepper 2 Teaspoons
Celery Seed 2 Teaspoons
Bay Leaf 2 Leaves
Dried Thyme 1 ½ Teaspoons
White Pepper 1 ½ Teaspoons
Mustard Powder ¼ Teaspoon
Ground Clove 1/8 Teaspoon
Ground Coffee 1/8 Teaspoon
Place all ingredients into spice grinder; blend well.
